Perfectly placed commercial bridging loan

Don’t do as they say they will do.

Don’t do as they say the will do. Several deals tried to be placed with Recognise however Lending Manager didn’t seem to tell the underwriting team the full story or he didn’t understand the deal. I’m not sure what else I could give. Their support staff were good in particular Steven and Alex and they explained in more detail what credit were looking for. She was a pleasure to deal and if it wasn’t for her, I’m not sure some of the deals would have completed. Sadly they let their support staff go so recognise are no longer a lender of choice. Good lender to work with.

I have a strong, well-established working relationship with Recognise Bank. They are a trusted business partner of my business and have proven themselves to be a responsive and pragmatic lender, with a focus on service to both borrowers and introducers. Paul Bagan is the best

Absolutely love Paul Bagan he's the best in the business. From initial enquiry, through to Credit and then to drawdown, Paul tells it straight and delivers on what he says 100% of the time.
