I cancelled Onestream because they put the charges up more than double after my contract expired without my knowledge. I contacted them asking to renew but their deals were more expensive and slower than almost all the others on the comparison sites They then used my card details on record to take more money from my account saying i had to send their equipment back at my expense. I said i have no problem but as they took a lot of money from me after my contract finished (over £90 a month without my knowledge) that they should pay for the return post.
