Review of the MYJAR, Short Term Loan:

Inoperable Online Account & Credit Report Ruined

I am in a Payment Plan with Myjar. This was mutually agreed after I had experienced financial difficulties and I contacted them to discuss a plan of action proactively. Despite making ALL the payments under their schedule they still registered Late Payments and Defaults against me which has crippled my Credit Score. Furthermore, I have been unable to log into their online account system for the past two weeks to manage my account. Myjar, if you can actually resolve this I will gladly improve my rating. Excellent service

First Class Transparent Company

My whole experience with my jar has been first class from the initial very transparent seamless sign up process to the funds deposit and the repayments. I have only needed to contact the customer service department once to update my details and they were very professional with an excellent telephone manner and seemed to genuinely care about helping and seemed to be really happy within their jobs. Borrowing from MyJar allows you to pay yr borrowing back early if you can and so pay less interest. I feel they truly want to help the customer rather than try their best to make as much interest as they can - unlike LOTS of other lenders!!! Reviewed on: 26th April 2019

Excellent service

Excellent customer service, first loan I ever applied for, they made me feel so at ease, no pushy sales talk just straight forward advice on what they could offer and they even go right into why you need the money and if you really need it? Then if all ok and only if your satisfied with what your getting and the repayment figure is affordable will they proceed. There is no heavy sales talk or pushy antics at the end of the enquiry and after all the checks have been carried out it is still down to you weather you take it or not. Reviewed on: 26th April 2019

Brilliant company

Easy to apply for ,interest was so much better than other companies.Advisers were friendly and professional.Got monthly updates to inform me of exact date when payment was due and thanked me when loan was finally repaid .Would recommend company to anybody looking for a short term loan Reviewed on: 26th April 2019
