Inoperable Online Account & Credit Report Ruined

I am in a Payment Plan with Myjar. This was mutually agreed after I had experienced financial difficulties and I contacted them to discuss a... I am in a Payment Plan with Myjar. This was mutually agreed after I had experienced financial difficulties and I contacted them to discuss a plan of action proactively. Despite making ALL the payments under their schedule they still registered Late Payments and Defaults against me which has crippled my Credit Score. Furthermore, I have been unable to log into their online account system for the past two weeks to manage my account. Myjar, if you can actually resolve this I will gladly improve my rating.     This company are so much more professional than other short term lenders I've used in the past. They don't let you build up huge amounts... This company are so much more professional than other short term lenders I've used in the past. They don't let you build up huge amounts of loan debt in one go which is great.
