Not for cyclists

If you are a cyclist I wouldn’t recommend this cover, they refused to replace new for old which meant that we lost out on 100s. As an example if you brought your bike for 6700 and they are now being sold at 8200 due to inflation, you have to make up the difference. It isn’t worth it, find a better insurance company. Restoring faith in insurance.

I've been with pedal cover for 2 years, very competitive in price, when my renewal came about there was no pushy tactics, simply a few emails with a proposed schedule. In Jan 2017 I crashed my brand new bike, literally brand new. 18 miles into its its first ride and I did approx £700 worth of damage. Pedal cover were awesome. Everything was sorted so quickly. I crashed on Friday, and the money was in my bank on Wednesday. I've recommended pedal cover to loads of people, and I know of at least 4 that have taken out the product because of how happy I have been with the service. Reviewed on: 12th July 2017

Helpful, Friendly service

A fantastic combination of house insurance that includes all my bikes at home and cycling whether in the UK or abroad

Great value for excellent cover

Great buying and claim experience, and sociable too

Great experience originally buying, entering a real conversation to identify requirements and needs. Claims handling on home insurance was a very smooth experience.
