Rubbish customer service

I hit a deer on the 7th August, it is now 28th September and I'm still waiting for the repairs to be done to my... I hit a deer on the 7th August, it is now 28th September and I'm still waiting for the repairs to be done to my 5 month old car. Shocking customer service. To find out anything I have had to call Police Mutual on numerous occasions only to be fobbed off. I have been a customer of their's for a number of years but will definitely think when my renewal is due. Very angry Read more Read less
