I phoned Chorley BS to ask if I could transfer my existing ISA to a different ISA with a higher interest rate. I was supported by Tracey who was brilliant throughout. She went through some of the ISA options with me and then assisted me with creating a Chorley Online account whilst on the phone. She knew exactly which screen I was on, was able to tell me where to click on the screen and took actions on her side to make the registration process quick and easy. Tracey gave comprehensive information on the next steps of my ISA transfer and also informed me how to request a change of address. She was very clear with her instructions and remained patient and friendly throughout. Exactly what I was looking for!

Just wanted to champion Chorley Building Society (and Joyce), for their fantastic customer service. No corporate nonsense and delaying tactics re withdrawals - just good old fashioned assistance. I recommend them to any investor for this reason alone.
