Superb Customer service by your staff

Had to make a repeat phone call this morning 25/10/2023 to try and gain access to my new product which I could not access. A previous member of staff in my first call the day before told me that your 'IT' department were experiencing issues with the acceptance of the OTAC code? and that she would call me back with a resolution which did not happen hence my repeat call today to the lovely Georgina. What can I say other than thank you! Georgina you are a real star and credit to the company you work for. From the moment you took my call this morning, you listened, you reassured me and you resolved the issue efficiently without fuss and with the upmost professionalism. Offering to remain on the call with me whilst guiding me through re-registration was both extremely helpful and demonstrates your desire to provide the upmost and best customer care you clearly consider necessary. Confirming everything with follow up messages reinforced the reassurance you clearly achieved during the call with me. Went above and beyond

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tracy this afternoon regarding my new loyalty a/c. She was friendly helpful and knowledgeable, and took me through what I had to do step by step online with patience.
