Never have I been so disgusted in my life!

Never have I been so disgusted in my life! I saw an advert on facebook for an online quote. I was tricked into leaving my details for a phone call. When this company phoned me I was initially quite happy to talk (albeit I did not give my permission for them to call). The young man on the telephone was polite in the beginning but he turned as soon as I said I'd like to talk to my son. He told me that there was no need to speak to him and that I could show him the paperwork once I'd given over my details. At one point he even put me on hold as his sales manager wanted to speak to him. The tricks they use remind me of a timeshare sales office from the 1970's. Reviewed on: 21st September 2021

Genuine approach to real life. Quick application.

Fast and simple questions. Sorted in less than 30 minutes. Payments are surprisingly low for the cover I have. I highly recommend giving them a shout. Reviewed on: 20th August 2021

Really good customer service

The two people I spoke with were excellent and friendly. They checked queries whilst I was on the phone and I had cover within the hour. I’ve previously found it really tricky to get life insurance because of pre existing conditions, but this was pretty smooth. Reviewed on: 19th August 2021
