Easygoing

Fast and simple!

Needed money for last min holiday stuff.. application was accepted within an hour, repayment dates set out clearly and simple. Not hounded by follow up calls like some companies. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 18th April 2018

Customer service

Average experience

Probably one of the worst of these type of companies and they have a strange approach to lending as one minute will approve a borrower and the next minute decline even after you pay on time and in full and have nothing owing elsewhere, therefore their lending decisions make no sense. They also tell you that you can't open your account with them again if you ask to close it which is not a good way to potentially get a customer to come back in the future. The interest rates are ridiculously high and you can't repay back early online, you need to call them or use their web chat to do so. I would not recommend. Reviewed on: 25th June 2017

You cannot pay back early online... you have to speak to an operator to pay back early. Plus as it is an American company I am pretty sure they have shared my information with lots of American third parties without my consent (to my knowledge) Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Definitely quick hit not many checks

Immmposible to use website

Could never log into their website to make early payments. Always had to call them to be put into a long queue to pay off earlyShambles and a rip off Reviewed on: 17th June 2017
