In my experience web access is unreliable. I'm frozen out for a week or more. They say sorry but the process works on the basis the customer must be at fault. No suggestion they'll even look into fixing things. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

applied for loan online got a phone call from underwriting team that was ok got accepted was told then to ring another number to finalise my loan but will be charged £2.50 a min as its a premium number Reviewed on: 27th June 2017

AA Ireland hidden cancellation charges

Insured my wifes car with AA, premium went up and when I challenged it I was told it was because of the age of the car. Changed the car for a newer model (imported from NI) and guess what, premium went up by another 250!! I cancelled for a cheaper insurance company and they demanded their hidden cancellation fees and also withhold no claims bonus letter until this is paid. Avoid at all costs!!! Abysmal customer service and jigerry pokery

This card may be useful in certain circumstances,but when a problem arises and you need to contact customer services it is painful and distressing.They are very curt and dismissive in their answers and the impression left is very unfavourable.I would not recommend anyone to use a post office credit card,and if you have one pay off whatever you owe on it then introduce to a sharp pair of scissors.I give it one star because without that input I can,t submit this review. Communication very poor!

Applied for a loan and it was approved on line in minutes. Prompt email sent requiring electronic signature and this was returned immediately. I then received an email saying they would be in touch soon! 24 hours later no communication!! I rang customer services only to be told the standard overnight checks hadn't been done last night as promised with a decision today!!! They would be done tonight. When I asked why? the response abruptly came back that that was the way it was!! I put the phone down very disappointed so rang back with the intention of cancelling this and going elsewhere as my credit rating is 999/999. Luckily the 2nd member of staff was helpful and told me there was a technical issue with the computers and it would go through the system tonight. I was going to cancel but as I have been promised a phone call tomorrow I will reserve my judgement for now. If I have a positive ending I will be publishing another review.
