Could not give explanation on how to pay off loan early No details on paying loan early before deadline online. Have to go through laborious process on the phone. Reviewed on: 30th May 2019

Short term Borrowing

Great solution for short term borrowing. Easy to sign up and very secure. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Immmposible to use website

Could never log into their website to make early payments. Always had to call them to be put into a long queue to pay off earlyShambles and a rip off Reviewed on: 17th June 2017

Awful

The customer service was absolutely appalling, and the language used to address customers was disgusting. Never using them again and would advise everyone to steer clear. Reviewed on: 12th June 2017

Rubbish service

Decent loans

Ok not great

Extremely high Apr rates it's ok for a small amount of money being borrowed but would never go over 100.00 with this company altho they transfer money quickly it's just ridiculous how much they charge back Reviewed on: 8th June 2017
