Review of the Shield Total Insurance, Caravan Insurance:

Increase in Admin costs

Been with this company a couple of years with no issues, however at my renewal the admin fee has increased from £5 for a small domestic trailer to £16 over 200% increase, the cost of the basic policy remained the same, when I telephone I was informed that the costs had risen and the basic charge now was £16. Answer a phone, maybe a training course would help.

As above, this company is totally unprofessional and obviously has no staff capable of answering a phone. Went elsewhere and dealt with professionals. Recomend Do Not Deal with these cowboys. Reviewed on: 12th June 2020
