Worst insurance service ever I have done my phones insurance and I lost my phone its been 3 days but they are behaving like nothing had happened.. they are not even responding properly and sometimes 1 say 1 thing and another say another thing m paying for insurance but they seems that they are not concerned about customer problem .. Disappointing upon renewal

Upon renewal Sky Protect never sent the new paperwork and when I called to query the renewal and not receiving the documents, they didnt even apologise just sent the documents and refused to look at the price. Very disappointing. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Laptop repair

I didn't know my lap top was covered until I spoke to sky when I was reviewing my package. I had dropped it a few weeks earlier and smashed the screen, I thought it was unfixable but it was picked up by the courier and came back looking like a new laptop.. So pleased with the service.. Saying it as it is

I’ve read nothing but reviews from people very unhappy with Sky Protect (insurance) I’m not sure why I’ve read so many bad things- maybe? And this is just my opinion? The service some customers expected and are moaning about- where trying it on- not being honest- oh telling lies??? Just MY OPINION- because my dealings with Sky Protect was- had free for 1st 3 months and around 2-3 months later. after couple Direct Debits of £9- my I pad screen hit my tea cup handle n cracked ba... Worst insurance ever..

One of the worst instance provider ever.. dont be fooled by their words.. get insurance of your gadget somewhere else .. They will make sure that you don't get your insurance any how .. When you make a claim they will try to fool you by telling you to do many things to get your insurance.. so that you get fed up of calling them. Insurance with protect items

Great security kit included

With the home insurance came included a complete set of security items, e.g. door bell camera, Wi-Fi camera, water detectors etc. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023
