Excellent value caravan insurance and great customer service

I insured my previous caravan with The Insurance Emporium and felt the policy was good value for money. We've just upgraded to a newer caravan and the quote was again extremely competitive and comprehensive. The customer service I received to make the change was excellent and at no time was I left on hold. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Never had a problem. Whilst away during one summer I unfortunately caused some damage to our caravan going through some width restrictions. I informed the company who sent someone to take some pictures of the damage, then they contacted me to say they were paying for the repairs. This was done quickly and with ease. Couldn't fault the procedure. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
