I'm a broker,TML have excellent lending criteria for more complex income, debt consolidation and large loans. Brilliant result for my client, exceeded other lender maximum loan amounts quite significantly

They made me wait 12 weeks to then tell me they didn’t want to offer me the mortgage. Initially they were happy with everything however... I specialise in BTL and commercial finance and have worked in the industry for nearly 30 years. Used The Mortgage Lender for a number of my clients (mostly limited company buy to let), I have always found them to have an appetite to lend with an efficient underwriting team that don't want streams of evidence for good cases. Never had any need to make a complaint or escalate an issue, common sense lending. Read more Read less
