Horrible

They made me wait 12 weeks to then tell me they didn’t want to offer me the mortgage. Initially they were happy with everything however in the end they rejected for no apparent reason they changed their mind. Reviewed on: 15th January 2023

Opinion from a Mortgage Broker

I specialise in BTL and commercial finance and have worked in the industry for nearly 30 years. Used The Mortgage Lender for a number of my clients (mostly limited company buy to let), I have always found them to have an appetite to lend with an efficient underwriting team that don't want streams of evidence for good cases. Never had any need to make a complaint or escalate an issue, common sense lending. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2021
