Superb Service

I recently opened a monthly saver account at Oswestry branch. The service was unbelieveably good; reminded me of the service we used to get in the 60's. The staff were all extremely pleasant and the lady who opened the account was very patient with me. It is rare these days for companies to make it obvious that they value your business. Friendly society

Have had an account since I was a child and have always found the staff helpful and friendly. At the moment the interest rates are poor but that is the same for all financial institutions at the moment. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
