Amazing Price

4 yrs and our claim is still ongoing!

User friendly

Easy to arrange cover. Procedure was easy to follow and completed quickly. Reviewed on: 4th July 2019

Poor customer service

Poor communication in the event of a claim, do not reply to questions and proved to be absolutely useless. Representative from third party claims management company reported slates missing from roof at the rear of property which was actually an old glass skylight. Never bothered to inspect loft space for a closer look, didn't have a pair of ladders and only made his assessment from looking at the roof at a distance from down the street. Helpful and mutual!

Fantastic service from UIA : our bedroom ceiling collapsed when we were living in rented accommodation. Everything in the bedroom was ruined. UIA help me through the claim, reminded me of items that I had forgotten, and arranged for all of our carpets to be professionally cleaned. Reviewed on: 17th July 2018

Efficient

I have been with UIA Contents insurance for over a decade, it is recommended by my union and is easy to contact if needed and i never feel harrassed to buy more products. Reviewed on: 20th July 2017
