They are possibly the worst in the market. 4 yrs 3 different sets of contractors, new issues caused by their contractors and still no resolution!...     Poor customer service

    Poor communication in the event of a claim, do not reply to questions and proved to be absolutely useless. Representative from third party claims management... Poor communication in the event of a claim, do not reply to questions and proved to be absolutely useless. Representative from third party claims management company reported slates missing from roof at the rear of property which was actually an old glass skylight. Never bothered to inspect loft space for a closer look, didn't have a pair of ladders and only made his assessment from looking at the roof at a distance from down the street. Read more Read less

    Helpful and mutual!

    Fantastic service from UIA : our bedroom ceiling collapsed when we were living in rented accommodation. Everything in the bedroom was ruined. UIA help me...     Efficient

    I have been with UIA Contents insurance for over a decade, it is recommended by my union and is easy to contact if needed and...
