I called serval times for them to change my address even when changing it online and being charged an admin fee for it. Unfortunately my car was written off by another driver and it took 3months to get this sorted. I understand they had to deal with the other insurance company which took full blame of the accident so I am not sure why it took so long to deal with it. I had to chase and make complaints to get a response from anyone from any team as emails were not being answered. In one of my complaint I got a phone call and was offered a compensation sum to help sort out my complaint. And guess what?! I am still waiting for the payment which has now been over a month. Trying to get someone to talk to me or answer me has been very difficult. I decided not to renew this time and I was quick enough to get documents and for them to wash their hands of me but I am really not happy with the service I received. Seems decent enough but haven't had to claim yet so I don't know for sure. Always seems to be comparable on renewals in terms of price
