I had a good quote from Direct Line- the cheapest I could find . It was quite easy to sort out.

Avoid Direct Line at all costs. Had a car crash and agreed to use their 'approved repairer', did an absolutely horrific job, they had the... Avoid Direct Line at all costs. Had a car crash and agreed to use their 'approved repairer', did an absolutely horrific job, they had the car back a second time to rectify their works and actually did nothing other than send it back to me and swear down the phone. Raised a complaint with Direct Line and had an 'external engineer' come to look at the car to agree on what works were acceptable. Turns out both the 'approved repairer' and 'external engineer' are both part of the Direct Line Group. An absolute con and I am now left with a vehicle, that I'd only purchased 3 weeks prior to the crash, that is not to an acceptable standard. Read more Read less

    Beware with this company

    Prices are not competitive and high renewals are offered only to be reduced when they are confronted with a loss of business-basically unethical practice/customer exploitation
