great price good value for money

Brilliant customer service

We had to make a claim as our cat was ill and needed overnight vetinary care. We contacted direct line, got through to an advisor straight away, gave details of our claim and it was sorted! Just like that! We were so surprised by how easy it was as we were kinda dreading making the claim. Will definitely be staying with direct line and always recommend to friends and family. Good price, good service, would recommend
