Battling a broken right arm as well as a debilitating illness was nothing compared to the fight that this disgraceful insurer forced me into. They have not honoured the terms or their regulatory obligations at all. They have absolutely no regard for their customers especially when they end up particularly vulnerable. They have no morals, no grace and the female executive team in particular should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Snakes! Deeply regret trusting them and will be absolutely cancelling my policy.
