Great Product and Service

I took insurance out with Domestic and General when I bought a treadmill from Argos during Covid. This year the touch screen stopped working altogether contacted them. They sent out a new screen and arranged for an engineer to fit it. When he came he identified another problem with the wiring that meant that the new screen broke whilst he was fitting it. He ordered another screen and relevant parts and came back a couple of weeks later to fit them. It was as good as new. Great product and service Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Excellent Policy - Excellent Service

When I made a claim they were helpful and informative about the process. They genuinely cared about my condition at the time and did everything they could to help me. My claim was processed quickly and smoothly. When I was able to return to work they allowed me to continue my policy after paying out. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
