The worst imaginable when eventually needed..

Paid into this policy for 12 years in good faith genuinely hoping/expecting never to have to file a claim when suddenly I was left with no choice but to. Battling a broken right arm as well as a debilitating illness was nothing compared to the fight that this disgraceful insurer forced me into. They have not honoured the terms or their regulatory obligations at all. They have absolutely no regard for their customers especially when they end up particularly vulnerable. They have no morals, no grace and the female executive team in particular should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Snakes! Deeply regret trusting them and will be absolutely cancelling my policy. Simply dreadful

Have had business account with them for few years and things are worse now than they were at the start. Who's in charge here??! The most basic and simple of requests or tasks an absolute nightmare to complete. Takes ages to get through by phone and then you're faced with agents that just want to be as unhelpful as difficult as possible and keep you on hold for 30mins presumably thinking you'll hang up and give up! Wrong. Complaint filed (another one). Absolute joke of a bank. Reviewed on: 7th October 2022
