cannot get the account closed - be aware the bank is happy to receive your money but so so difficult to get it back the bank will not accept any written instructions - all has to be done on line. not easy to reset the bank account and needs several letters to reset ... cannot get the account closed - be aware the bank is happy to receive your money but so so difficult to get it back

the bank will not accept any written instructions - all has to be done on line. not easy to reset the bank account and needs several letters to reset the account as phoning is not possible as never answers. go elsewhere if you need to access your account in your lifetime! Poor Customer Service

Trying to fund my open account with these guys . Tried the contact number but gave up after 30mins no answer and no updates. Have since sent 3 secure messages via their web page with zero response . They give you 14 days to fund the account but there is no customer service to answer queries. Maybe these guys are best avoided. Reviewed on: 21st August 2018

So slow

Applied to open account, as fixed rate account, required to put money in the account within 14 days. Notified account open 13 days after application! ‘Phoned but after lengthy wait still holding on. Tried again later before 5pm and again after lengthy wait cut off my call at 5pm, the time they close. You worry as to their competence. Reviewed on: 17th August 2018

Customer service is abysmal

No matter what time of the day you try to contact them you cannot get through and at 5p.m they promptly cut you off. No weekend service and no call back service or any indication of where you might be in the queue. Avoid at all costs. Reviewed on: 17th August 2018
