I find it a fantastic service. the use of money back features kidsmart, as well as the regular payments makes saving for my child a breeze. I've only had positive experiences so far, and my family have found it easy to pay into the account too! Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

Saving for my kids future with free top ups

Not only can my family easily to up the kids accounts but I can also earn money back on my shopping for my kids. When I spending on holidays or school shoes or groceries I am also getting free to ups for my children's future. When's they are 18 they will have a tax free nest egg to help with their next steps. Zero customer service, unanswered emails, no number...

Zero customer service, unanswered emails, no number to call. Refer programme doesn’t work (I was referred and referred another friend, should have received £10 total in credit, none of this happened). Kidstart transactions oftentimes go missing, despite following the link and option in for cookies. It takes weeks to resolve, and sometimes doesn’t even get credited back. Beanstalk is an average app, what made it stand out was the perks like kidstart but it’s not consistent enough Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

Great app for family saving

Excellent JISA

The junior isas I have for my children have performed well so far. The app is very easy to use. Opening the jisas was very quick and easy and staff have been helpful as required. Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

The app is easy and quick to use

I like the roundups. It’s easy to top up, the app is great. I also like the link sharing with family and friends for birthdays etc. the customer service I have required has been very helpful and swift. Which we all appreciate! Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

It was easy to transfer my child's Child Trust Fund...

It was easy to transfer my child's Child Trust Fund to a Beanstalk Junior ISA. The app is clear and easy to navigate. Setting up a direct debit to pay in monthly was also very easy. Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

Beanstalk JISA-highly recommended!

Since opening a JISA four years ago, Beanstalk has been superb, any queries have been answered in under 24 hours, guidance has always been clear and individualised and I love the app! Very easy to keep tabs on the account, to add other savers to join and to top up or manage the account couldn’t be easier.
