Zero customer service, unanswered emails, no number...

Zero customer service, unanswered emails, no number to call. Refer programme doesn’t work (I was referred and referred another friend, should have received £10 total in credit, none of this happened). Kidstart transactions oftentimes go missing, despite following the link and option in for cookies. It takes weeks to resolve, and sometimes doesn’t even get credited back. Beanstalk is an average app, what made it stand out was the perks like kidstart but it’s not consistent enough Reviewed on: 30th January 2025
