JISA investing has never been so easy

Setting up and paying into the JISA has been incredibly easy. The transparency of seeing all the transaction detail is great. it would be helpful to chart the performance of the JISA so it’s easier to visualise and track results overtime. It would also be nice to have the option to adjust the risk rating on the JISA but otherwise the experience as a whole has been greay. Reviewed on: 31st March 2025

Generally ok, staff helpful

Beanstalk app works ok. They are looking to improve some features which is good. Difficulty of you want direct debit to be taken on certain day and instead have to do standing orders and use their bank details and reference for example, so a bit more awkward but I believe they are looking to improve this in the future. Too early to say how investment is working, would be better if more explanations of their types of investments to help make informed decisions. Staff very helpfu... Reviewed on: 28th March 2025
