ISAs can't be managed via their app!

Had a Virgin Money fixed term ISA. It was a good product with competitive rates and access via website and/or app. My fixed term ISA matured recently, so wanted to open a new one. Unfortunately, I've been informed that all ISAs offered by Virgin Money currently are e-ISAs and require a separate account and access via website only, with no option to view and manage it via the app. And a separate login profile is apparently required, so thought it was too much hassle and decided against opening a new one with VM... Good, but access via app would be appreciated

I have have a Cash ISA with Virgin Money. The account was straightforward to open and I haven't had a problem since opening, however the ISA can only be accessed via full login on a browser. Access via the app would be much appreciated. Reviewed on: 13th June 2025

opened a virgin money ISA unable to transfer funds from my virgin current A/C to ISA account despite spending about 3 hrs over 2 days on the phone trying to explain the problem this is very bad customer relations , Reviewed on: 9th April 2025
