Still on hold

Currently been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for Cash ISA customer service. No indication of my place in the queue or wait time. This is worse than phoning HMRC in last week of January Reviewed on: 13th February 2023

Great interest rate

This high street bank offers by far the best interest rate for a fixed ISA product. I recently transferred a ssISA to them, and the process, although more complex than usual, completed competently. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

There is ZERO customer support and the website is worse than ABYSMAL

I opened an ISA. Trying to figure out how to see on the Virgin money app, but I keep getting an error message. Logged into the account online & wanted to use the chat function to sort it out, but there is a message to say that if you want to chat with a real person you have to log in & use the chat. I was already logged in, so I click the Help button (next to My Accounts, Message & Profile) and it opens a new window where it helpfully invites you to log in. There is a Chat button, but if you click it, then you get the same message to say you have to log in. Basically the Help function takes you out of your account & back to a general web page. There is no possible way to log in & then get help within the account. No phone number, no chat. It's really crap. Reviewed on: 5th December 2022

Poor customer service

Opened a Cash ISA in June. Wanted to transfer it to another Virgin Cash ISA. No response to Account e-mails. No answer to phone. Wish I had read your reviews before getting involved with Virgin. Won't happen again. Wouldn't recommend Virgin to worst enemy. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2022

My ISA lost £5000 due to staff error

Staff are untrained or badly trained. My ISA lost money. The numbers simply dropped. I found out staff transfered my money out by mistake. I still don’t have it back. Waiting 18 weeks. Many hours of calls. Reviewed on: 19th November 2022

Pathetic customer service

Sent an e email via there we site requesting an appointment.on sunday.lady rang me Wednesday at approx 11am but not at the time I had requested on there web site.asked her to ring me back at 1.45..still waiting.so have filled the appointment request in again 4 times and still no phone calls.going to try other companies for my savings.
