Virgin money ISA rate is outstanding

I wanted a good rate ISA and when I found the Virgin rate, I was easily able to open a current account and then an ISA. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Still on hold

Currently been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for Cash ISA customer service. No indication of my place in the queue or wait time. This is worse than phoning HMRC in last week of January Reviewed on: 13th February 2023
