ISAs can't be managed via their app!

Had a Virgin Money fixed term ISA. It was a good product with competitive rates and access via website and/or app. My fixed term ISA matured recently, so wanted to open a new one. Unfortunately, I've been informed that all ISAs offered by Virgin Money currently are e-ISAs and require a separate account and access via website only, with no option to view and manage it via the app. And a separate login profile is apparently required, so thought it was too much hassle and decided against opening a new one with VM...
