Great guidance

Manchester Branch - terrible queueing system!

I needed to close my Help to Buy ISA as I was about to complete on my house purchase but had to wait 1 hour at the bank in order to speak to a staff member. I was unable to make an appointment and was told I would need to wait. Very unclear queueing system too - at one point I was having to direct people to the right queue as the bank manager left when I was at the front of the queue. If I had known what a faff it would have been to close the account, I would not have open with Lloyds. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023

Help to buy ISA, my experience

I managed to secure the Help to buy ISA on the last available day, being able to transfer money from my main account using a standing order makes it easy to maintain and will come in useful when I am in a position to buy a house. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2022

Fair interest rates

Brilliant bank to open a H2B ISA with. Process was easy but interest rates are average. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

Lloyds staff go above and beyond!

The entire process was smooth and well-executed with friendly, professional and caring staff who honestly care about their Lloyds Bank customers. The Help-to-buy ISA was set up in a couple of days and I feel sure it will greatly help me purchase my dream home in the future. Reviewed on: 5th May 2020
