Reply from CIRCA5000 Hi Borja, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy. Pension transfers can take up to 12 weeks to complete from one pension provider to another. In addition to this, further delays can be caused if you've made any personal contributions to your pension around the time you request to transfer it. This is because we must wait for the Government tax relief to be received before we can transfer your pension, and it can take up to 12 weeks for the Government payment to be received from the date you make your contribution. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate your account to look into this further for you.
