I’ve been really happy so far.

I’ve loved the ease of use and how diverse the banking is. The tailored investments take the stress out of trying to pick what to invest in and the way they break everything down makes it a lot easier to understand. Reviewed on: 1st April 2024

Dodl - a brilliant provider for my Lifetime ISA

As an individual who is brand new to investment platforms and wanting an easy way to be able to invest with a trusted brand to store my Lifetime ISA, Dodl by AJ Bell has absolutely been wonderful to use so far. It is very clear for me what the fees are, and the mobile app is extremely easy to use, making it very clear how your money is being invested, how to invest and your return on investment. The design of it all is very slick, making the whole experience feel very approachable. I've also appreciated the regular emails that they send, with communications being very easy to read and digestable. The whole pitch of Dodl being easy to use has been thought out from start to finish, The only change I would make is that I wish there was a desktop site that I could visit as well in case I'm not on my phone. Good but could do better.

Experience was good but not much communication during the transfer from Nutmeg and no communication from AJ BELL when my money was ready to invest but they do send lots of generic marketing emails! My biggest gripe is that you are not able pay fees without selling down investments, this is far from great! And for that reason I would not recommend AJ to friends or family.
