Staggeringly Bad

1
Ive managed my mums money for years - she had the unfortunate experience of having investments transfered to L&G to this bunch of clowns - poor customer service, value drops about 10% a quarter even on a rising market, regular income stopped for no reason, takes an age to get replies.....on the plus side they send £50 compensation when you havent even expected it but with investments down £10k so far, they can afford it! My message is, tread carefully. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

OK, but no option to direct debit to pay monthly fees

4
Reasonably returns, OK website (if a bit slow). However, main gripe is that while you can have a separate cash account from which you can pay monthly fees, there's no way to set up a regular direct debit to the cash account (only to an investment account). Similarly, there's no way to set up a direct debit to pay the monthly fees. So it's annoying that I have to remember to log in once a month and put in my card details to pay for the montly fees.
