Service, Value, and Ease

Extremely intuitive, clear, and easy-to-use web platform and app. Competitive fees for most in-house index funds. Excellent customer service and very clear materials on how to make the most of their services and tax-efficient vehicles. Not the outright cheapest for ISAs and SIPPs but very close to the market best on most products and far lower than others in the premium/established space. Great place to invest but comparing not so easy

Great experience with them long term - the key is information clarity - I think sometimes that they have to provide so much information thatcthey make it difficult to compare one fund against another easily - I end up with multiple windows, snipping images with the performance data on and comparing offline a bit...
