Excellent Price and Service

OVERALL: Excellent customer service. Efficient redress via online portal, web chat, and telephone. Very competitive prices. DETAIL: OneCall are the most efficient insurance company - and frankly service provider - I've ever had. Resolutions are quick, easy, and equitable. There's minimal fuss on all fronts. Staff are universally informed, understanding, and kind. They divide contact methods according to type of query, which means your inquiries are always dealt with knowledgeably and efficiently (there are no bottlenecks with everyone contacting the same lines). Web chat is especially user-friendly and efficient. Wait times for telephone calls are very short, even during peak times, especially compared to competitors. Moreover, their prices are extremely competitive. If you reach out to their renewals team, you can usually secure an even better deal. They reward loyalty, and that's rare these days. Practical, Efficient, Responsive.

Whether online or via its app, the UI is intuitive and functional. Customer service (via online chat) responds quickly and clearly. Staff at bank branches are friendly and supportive. In my ten years with them, I've never had any significant issues. The few minor inconveniences or mistakes made by staff have been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Excellent Service, Excellent Price

Prompt, straightforward, efficient online chat for customer support. Prices have always been competitive, but over the past 5 years they have moved towards being even better: automatically giving you an excellent price for renewal (i.e. only a few £s more each year) without having to chase up to secure it.
