Recently set up an account with Incredible with the aim of snowballing some debt. I had issues setting up the plan but these were swiftly dealt with by customer services! I have high hopes for success with this app! Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Incredible have been incredible

The customer service has been the best I’ve experienced, in the very early days there some small teething issues but the team were there to help straight away, they even got in touch later to share how they learnt and the changes they put in place -no complaints from me they were just proactive and always showing they care about the customer journey Reviewed on: 8th April 2025
