Review of the Agria Pet Insurance, Pet Insurance:

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst insurance company ever. They tell you to put in a claim from the vet. You do and then they deny without giving you a reason. When you call, they tell you it’s because your dog is old. I pay Agria senior for this exact reason and it costs more. customer service is useless and not helpful. They tell you there’s nothing they can do- just to wait out your insurance period (which is a year) and then you can cancel. May cannot come soon enough. They rob you, up charge you, and deny you. Reliable, efficient and caring

My dog, Milly, unfortunately had had a few episodes of serious illness when I have had to make a claim for ongoing treatment. Agria have processed every claim quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2022

Great insurance for my 3 dogs

I have three dogs who are always up to mischief. They have eaten chocolate or other things they shouldn't more times than I can count and I have had to go to the emergency vets several times. Would have gone with Agria even if they were more expensive!

I spoke to Simon who sorted out my pet insurance for my three cats. He was just wonderful - warm, friendly and had a professional manner. This was after calling two other insurance companies who did not have the same manner.
