Agria claim so easy

Recently had to make claim for surgery for dog.Referral was to specialist vet who biased directly with Agria who replied within 1 day and kept me informed .Afterwards the whole process was extremely smooth and quick with 1 person leasing with me from Agria and claim settled within3 weeks .Dog will need 6 months before he's running free. Fantastic pet insurance

I have policies for my dogs and previously for my horse, the premiums are very reasonable and any claims I have made have been dealt with efficiently and fairly. The staff that I dealt with via phone and email were friendly and helpful. The lifetime cover they offer is excellent. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

It’s been very smooth running from the very beginning. Renewed with them for a few years atleast now. A previous claim was dealt with very easily and no hassle at a difficult time. Just renewed with them again actually! Reviewed on: 17th July 2026

Cat and dog insurance

It was easy to set up my 5 weeks free and then continue to a full policy for my puppy’s insurance. I also have cover for my cat, she loved her hamper! Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Good value for basic cover

Agent lied about cover, missold policies AVOID

Bought insurance for 3 horses at a horse show and they lied and mislead us, so the animals werent actually covered, then we needed to spend over a thousand pounds to get that cover. They lied and mislead us to get us signed up at the show. Reviewed on: 8th January 2026

Amazing pet insurance!

My cat was involved in a serious accident and had to have major surgery to survive. I was extremely glad I had Agria pet insurance in place for him. The claim process was so easy and they paid out swiftly, ensuring my cat got the very best care and is now thriving. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2024

No great value.

I have been with them for 4 years, every year the premium and charges go up, I haven't made a claim yet. No contact throughout the year, no offers or repeat customer experience. Q lot could be done here to exploit a customer relationship, I have had no contact with them ever and continually pay more each year, I have considered moving to a different provider oftenust haven't got round to it. Great pet insurance company, actually transparent

I’ve had all four of our cats with Agria for 2 years now, we had to claim on our insurance for the first time a month ago and it was genuinely a breeze, they went straight through the vets and just sent us a letter later after we paid the fixed charge + excess (both things communicated and explained thoroughly to us) Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
