It takes 5 working days to get a response to an email and it took numerous emails phone calls and complaints to get my claim... It takes 5 working days to get a response to an email and it took numerous emails phone calls and complaints to get my claim resolved over 3 months in total ! The claims handling company ( Gallagher Basset ) are completely incompetent. I took out an annual policy but I’ve since written that off and gone with a different insurance company that I can trust Read more Read less

    No hassle experience

    No hassle experience but pre-existing medical conditions make it very expensive. Last year my partner was hospitalised but AllClear managed to arrange payment immediately.

    Peace of mind

    Felt real peace of mind with this insurance in place . I have quite a few medical conditions but the insurance covered them all

    Travel with confidence

    We haven't had to make a claim, however we have quite a number of health issues, and AllClear allows us to travel far afield with confidence.

    Advised how to amend the policy to make it affordable

    Like call things prices have gone up, especially for us much more mature people. The brilliant lady on the phone gave us the only available... The brilliant lady on the phone gave us the only available option of how to save money, by taking cancellation cover off the policy (we normally book less than 3 months in advance so cancelling is not really a problem. We upped the amount we pay if the worst happens, but it reduced the payment significantly making my husband happier. Read more Read less
