Assetz Capital in wind-down with HUGE lender losses!

As a long term lender via Assetz Capital, I witnessed this platform go down the pan over the years. The interest rates have been slashed. The default rates have gone up. Assetz Capital generally demonstrate a very blase and carefree attitude towards overdue loans. If a borrower does not pay, they let them get away scott free. They will not actively and frequently chase up the loan and take requisite measures. AC will let loans overrun for literally years. Cynically and deviously, they will not write them off because that affects their statistics, so they just let them run and run. The due diligence on loans is substandard and they therefore have many extremely risky projects. For instance, the L.T.V. ratios provided are often highly misleading and AC plus their borrowers calculate these in ways that are not standard to make loans seem much less riskier than they are. Transparent and accessible

Assetzcapital provides an excellent investor experience. The customer support (live chat) has been always very helpful and quick to respond. The platform operates in a transparent manner, providing investors with all the necessary information to help them make an informed decision. The auto-invest accounts offer a highly diversified investment strategy. The provisional fund associated with auto-invest accounts is also something that appeals to me as an investor. Last, but not least, I highly appreciate they way Assetz values investors' opinions when it comes to making important decision on how to react to special cases. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Responsible alternative banking

Like many others searching for higher yields, I was at first averse to investing much through a platform outside the FSCS. Over the past two years I have been impressed with Assetz Capital's mature approach to identifying and managing risk, primarily through their upfront qualification, conservative LTV ratio and ongoing communication of loan status. I like that I am given an opportunity to vote on alternative actions for loans at risk. And I particularly like that I am not showered with sales pitches and exhortations continually to invest more. trustworthy and user-friendly

Assetz Capital seems to care for both their investors and their borrowers. Good flow of information, many new loans, and instant investments are possible anytime. Assetz Accounts

I have both General and IFISA accounts with Assetz. Very pleased with management of these accounts. Good return on investment. Web security excellent with two tier authorisation and follow up. I would have no problem with recommending investing with Assetz although I realise it is not for everyone as no FSA compensation if company fails for me the risk is worth taking with interest rates being so low with conventional banking. Simple and efficient

It is difficult to get a decent return on cash, Assetz gives you this , yes there is risk but I have never had any difficulty getting a re-payment and the defaulters are chased hard. Assetz is, in my view, well run. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020
