Responsible alternative banking

Like many others searching for higher yields, I was at first averse to investing much through a platform outside the FSCS. Over the past two years I have been impressed with Assetz Capital's mature approach to identifying and managing risk, primarily through their upfront qualification, conservative LTV ratio and ongoing communication of loan status. I like that I am given an opportunity to vote on alternative actions for loans at risk. And I particularly like that I am not showered with sales pitches and exhortations continually to invest more.
