No automatic renewal at prices well above the rate of inflation. Today I was speaking with AutoAid re difficulties with my van and the man on the phone could hardly have been more patient and understanding. I would discourage anyone. Don't do it

I would discourage anyone from taking a policy with these crooks. Took out a policy and needed to have a call out to my vehicle a few days later. Called them, spent an hour on the phone. First they couldn’t find my policy, had to email them my confirmation email to two different email addresses (as the first one took too long)…then once they’d established I had a policy with them they refused to come out as they said my breakdown pre dated my policy. Absolute joke. So now I have a car I can’t get running and a breakdown policy I’m not able to use. Pathetic Reviewed on: 12th September 2024

Excellent Value for Money

Auto Aid has a lot of positives and is certainly the best value for money breakdown service. We have only had to use one and it was a major breakdown. Tow us back over 50 miles to our local garage. Reviewed on: 19th August 2018
