Saga rewards loyalty, treats people with respect

5
Every other insurer, with the exception of Cedar Travel Insurance, has raised or tried to raise premiums despite no claims or alterations to cover. Saga genuinely seems to reward loyalty and treat you as a person rather than just a number Reviewed on: 16th August 2026

Switched to current account a few years ago and tempted to stay rather than switch. MSE recommended it and it has never disappointed. One of the best things is the linked regular saver account which always sits atop lists of best regular saver accounts. And when you want a human being on the end of a phone, they always provide one. Instead of insisting that you rely on their latest bot Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Simplicity exemplified, proper returns

A brilliant, easy to open and set-up fixed rate account, recommended by Money Saving Expert. This account does what it says on the tin with no unnecessary distractions or excessive marketing emails. An unexpected joy. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Real human service, sensible pricing

5
Just really human service, (rare these days) prices that made sense, always available with handy advice and seem to want to take care of customers. Only downside is no commercial vehicle insurance, otherwise I’d probably have two policies instead of one. Reviewed on: 29th September 2025

What’s not to like, seriously?

5
From the start it was clear that Saga wanted to treat me as human being rather than just another number. It was the same at renewal time, and the price was the keenest despite using online comparison tools. More companies would do well to adopt the Saga attitude with their customers.
