If you’re over 50 you’ll be glad you did

Whether online or by phone Saga delivers service and treats you as a human being rather than as a number. 75 successful years in business is no accident. Renewal time is synonymous with automatic huge price hikes at many insurance organisations, not in my experience with Saga. Reviewed on: 7th October 2026

Saga rewards loyalty, treats people with respect

Every other insurer, with the exception of Cedar Travel Insurance, has raised or tried to raise premiums despite no claims or alterations to cover. Saga genuinely seems to reward loyalty and treat you as a person rather than just a number Reviewed on: 16th August 2026

Switched to current account a few years ago and tempted to stay rather than switch. MSE recommended it and it has never disappointed. One of the best things is the linked regular saver account which always sits atop lists of best regular saver accounts. And when you want a human being on the end of a phone, they always provide one.
