FirstDirect still doing the business in a personal way

First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. On the few occasions I need to call them on the phone their staff truly demonstrate why they have won so many customer service awards since 1989 Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

No automatic renewal at rates above inflation. Easy to use online portal for documentation review, excellent service by phone and emails only when you need them (further to a query/claim or just ahead of renewal). Reviewed on: 10th October 2024

No automatic renewal at prices well above the rate of inflation. Today I was speaking with AutoAid re difficulties with my van and the man on the phone could hardly have been more patient and understanding.
