Took out a policy and needed to have a call out to my vehicle a few days later. Called them, spent an hour on the phone. First they couldn’t find my policy, had to email them my confirmation email to two different email addresses (as the first one took too long)…then once they’d established I had a policy with them they refused to come out as they said my breakdown pre dated my policy.
