VERY VERY bad provider AVOID at any cost

Hi I would like to thanks TrustPilot for this opportunity to write a review . i have been a very good customer of Barclaycard for 8 years and only 3 weeks ago they have cancelled my credit card . i have rang them and asked for explanation of this action as i was depending on this money for my next purchase but unfortunately all they can provide me with was " We can withdraw our services when ever we like and also we don't think you eligible for this card any more " .... Sofa...not so good

I bought a sofa from John Lewis and wanted to pay the balance of it using a credit card. Barclaycard credit card had excellent reviews and also a good deal for balance transfers so I applied online to apply for a credit card. The online application was long and difficult and when I tried to upload my proof of income (never been asked to produce this by any other lender) it wouldn't accept my documents in jpeg or any other format.
