Absolute rip off custom service so poor!

Absolute rip off, I paid £122 for a year fully comp policy which I cancelled after 8 months as I have choice because I sold... Absolute rip off, I paid £122 for a year fully comp policy which I cancelled after 8 months as I have choice because I sold the bike and you can't be insured on a bike you no longer own and they have charged me another £47, I was a loyal custom and they expect me to use them again....not a chance, Avoid at all costs there are much better companies out there!!     Extremally unhelpful.

    I was told my email cannot be used to create account, although it has been used to tell me about it!!! So I have no... I was told my email cannot be used to create account, although it has been used to tell me about it!!! So I have no access to any documents. Customer service is no help at all - just keeps replying there's nothing they can do - email back to my email address they cannot use!!! Obviously they will charge £30 for the policy that has not even started. Read more Read less
