i checked to find out how much to take my bmw s1000r of the policy and add new Ducati v2s the quoted me and on... i checked to find out how much to take my bmw s1000r of the policy and add new Ducati v2s the quoted me and on that info i purchased new bike when collecting they would not insure it so had to spend 2 hours in dealers sorting out new policy Read more Read less

No-hassle cover and with a renewal quote that doesn't fleece you if you're not paying attention. Actually provided a renewal that was less than previous year.

    Absolute rip off custom service so poor!

    Absolute rip off, I paid £122 for a year fully comp policy which I cancelled after 8 months as I have choice because I sold... Absolute rip off, I paid £122 for a year fully comp policy which I cancelled after 8 months as I have choice because I sold the bike and you can't be insured on a bike you no longer own and they have charged me another £47, I was a loyal custom and they expect me to use them again....not a chance, Avoid at all costs there are much better companies out there!!     Extremally unhelpful.

    I was told my email cannot be used to create account, although it has been used to tell me about it!!! So I have no... Customer service is no help at all - just keeps replying there's nothing they can do - email back to my email address they cannot use!!! Obviously they will charge £30 for the policy that has not even started. Read more Read less
