As the whole point of insurance is to be able to recover the cost of repairs/replacement, insuring with a company that makes the process as quick and straightforward as GJW direct do is the best you could ask for. Customer service technology from the dark ages
It took forever to get through on the phone, when I finally did I got cut off, I then had to go through it all... It took forever to get through on the phone, when I finally did I got cut off, I then had to go through it all again. Finally someone to talk to about my renewal... "Oh we will have to call you back". I had the same experience when first insuring my other boat, it took weeks as the make and model wasn't on the website. Just all a bit Micky Mouse in this day and age of technology. Read more Read less
